How do I arrange a viewing on a property?
The simplest way is to call us during office hours on 0161 629 9845. Out of office hours you can either send us an email or fill out the online form here. As we understand many people have commitments during office hours we are now able to conduct viewings up to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
How much is the agent fee?
Our agency fee is £75.00. There is no VAT to pay on this amount.
Do you take Housing Benefit tenants (DSS)?
This is dependent on the type of property you are looking to rent. Our policy is to treat each applicant as fairly as possible however the final decision is down to the landlord who we manage the property for. Under some circumstances we may ask a tenant who is receipt of Housing Benefit to provided a larger deposit at the start of the tenancy. Any tenant on housing benefit will be asked to provide proof of their entitlement from their local authority before they are accepted.
